Apologies in advance for the fact that I can never just leave a brief comment -

I cannot even begin to tell you how much your best friend's life has affected mine, how much I admire her. I know that must sound so strange, considering I never got the chance to know her in life, and it's equally strange for me to say, but when I started reading Matt's book and then blog (I did it backward), I instantly felt this inexplicable connection to her. I don't know why. I wanted to know everything about her. I wanted to tell you this, because although I know it doesn't take away the pain, I hope it helps even a miniscule bit to know that her life has touched people she never met. I truly wish I could've known her, and I truly, truly wish you both could be navigating the waters of motherhood together.

I wish you so much strength and happy memories,
SummerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
